Othello iPod Project

The character I would choose would be Othello because he has a very different, calm, loving, painful, and powerful way of thinking and loving. A song I think Othello would listen to would be Stay. I think Othello would listen to this song because he feels betrayed by his love and he wants her to stay. This song also has a very emotional sound to it which makes it different. Othello wants to stay with Desdemona but feels betrayed because Iago lied to him about her and other men. This song is perfect for Othello. A song that Othello would also listen to would be Confessions. The name says it all, this song is about confessions and letting out all of your emotions about someone and trying to get them back because you dont want to lose them. Another song that Othello would have on his iPod would be U got it bad. This is another song that is very slow, emotional and sincere about that one person you love, and that fits Othello perfectly. The last song Othello would of been of been listening to would of come towards the end of the book. I feel like Othello would of been listening to We Are Never Getting Back Together. He would of been listening to this song because he has had enough of Desdemona and is tired of trying to win her over. So he is done with her and ends up killing her. A song that I make that he would listen to would probably go a little something like this.
